Alumni of recent UN Global Leader Accelerator cohorts have gone on to secure admission to leading global universities, including Stanford University, Columbia University, Cornell University, University of Chicago, Johns Hopkins University, Emory University, and Boston University.

Grounded in real-world development challenges and designed to support the UN SDGs, the programme bridges learning and practice – progressing from conceptual frameworks to applied problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership in action. Developed and delivered by Next Impact Learning Hub in collaboration with education partners and experienced practitioners, participants engage directly with senior leaders – including Dr. Jafar Javan (former Director of the United Nations System Staff College and Chair of Next Impact), Erik Solheim (former UN Under-Secretary-General and Executive Director of UNEP), and David Guhl (U.S. diplomat and Director of UNESCO International Jazz Day) – gaining first-hand perspectives on leadership, diplomacy, and decision-making in global contexts.
